Carlos' Chipotle Paste

Ingredients
- 1/4 cups white onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- oil
- 1 can chipotle peppers in adobo
- 3 tbsp cilantro
- water
Steps
- Fry white onion and garlic in a bit of oil.
- Let onion and garlic cool before adding to chipotle peppers in adobo.
- Combine all ingredients with cut cilantro into a food processor and blend until a nice paste. Add water as needed.
